All approved vendors must agree to the following rules to participate:
To remain set up for the entire length of event unless otherwise advised by River Towns Music Group or the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
Withdraw any material found objectionable to River Towns Music Group or the Village of Briarcliff Manor, or products that are exclusive to another vendor.
Sell only the products listed on the application.
LOCAL Businesses located in the village may be given an exclusivity to sell certain items which will prohibit vendors or crafters from selling these specific items.
Indemnify, defend and hold harmless River Towns Music Group and the Village of Briarcliff Manor, their Police Department, its members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives for all claims of bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury including all consequential financial loss resulting therefrom as well as all legal expenses involved in handling such claims.
If applicable, collect and pay all municipal, state and federal taxes related to all sales made, hold a valid NYS Resale Number and provide.
Vendors must provide River Towns Music Group and the Village of Briarcliff Manor with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance naming River Towns Music Group and the Village of Briarcliff Manor additional insureds. One-day event insurance may be purchased here via Rey Insurance (it costs about $45 and the application is quick and easy).
Food Vendors shall obtain and display any permits required by the Westchester County Dept. of Health. Contact: 914-864-7331.
NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED! Full payment for your vendor space is mandatory.
All vendors must be within the confines of the Picks & Pickleball festival no later than 10:30 AM and set up exhibit by 11:30 AM.
Please note that if you are not here by 10:30 AM and have not called us that morning to say you are arriving shortly, we will assign your space to someone from our waitlist.
You must find your own off-site parking before 11:30 AM.
Exhibitors supply their own tables, chairs, and tents. Tents are recommended to protect Vendors and their products from rain and sun.
Stakes or weights are REQUIRED in order to secure tents during winds. If they are not in place during the event, you may be asked to close.
DO NOT bring Loudspeakers and/or PA systems.
No electricity will be available. If a Vendor requires electric power, they must provide their own generator and have approval from River Towns Music Group in advance.
No noisy generators will be allowed.
Cooperate in the gathering of trash in and around your space.
The festival ends at 6:00 PM. Vendors must cease sales at that time.
